Troy resident and chef Louai Sharkas has worked in the food and beverage industry for more than 38 years. Lou was trained under the tutelage of some of the best chefs that worked in the Metro Detroit area during the late 70s and 80s. Prior to 2016, Lou served as the Executive Chef at the Birmingham Country Club. Lou also served as the Executive Chef at other notable establishments including the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham and Zinc Wine Bar, renamed Red Coat Tavern, in West Bloomfield.
